The warm atmosphere of Winton Castle makes it a wonderful venue for unique special occasions.
The Castle has been designed for entertaining and is a marvellous place for special dinners, lunches, conferences, meetings, activity days, team building and special family occasions. Open log fires and a welcoming team add to the warmth.
Guests are welcomed in the Front Hall and Octagon, through to the Drawing Room. On a summer evening they can take full advantage of the extensive lawns and terraced gardens or look out over Sir David’s Loch from the Drawing Room balcony.
Comfort, luxury, style, and peace and quiet characterise a stay at Winton’s self-catering properties. Both are within walking distance of Winton Castle, and are available on a flexible, self-catering basis for weeks, weekends or weekdays.
Additional accommodation is available in Wintonhill Farmhouse which can sleep 12-14 people and Winton Cottage which sleeps 10-12. Taken together with the main house, the properties offer bed spaces for up to 42 guests.

Winton Castle Rooms:
There are 8 bedrooms over two floors and six bathrooms. All guests are provided with bathrobes, slippers, towels and toiletries.
The Castle has complimentary Wifi in all areas.
The first floor comprises 5 bedrooms (2 x four poster, 1 x double and 2 x interchangeable twins/double), 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite.
The second floor comprises 3 bedrooms (1 x two poster and 1 x interchangeable twin/double sharing large shower room and 1 double with en-suite).
Self Catering Accommodation:
Winton Hill Farmhouse The Farmhouse has 6 bedrooms (2 doubles, including family room, and 4 interchangeable from double to twin) sleeping 12-14. Four modern bathrooms with showers and baths (each guest is supplied with a bathrobe, slippers and a set of 3 towels). Large farmhouse kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and utility area with washing machine and dryer, separate Dining Room seating up to 14 with a piano. A Games Room complete with small table tennis table/pool table, wireless internet access and flat screen TV with freeview.
Winton Cottage The cottage has 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and 2 interchangeable from double to twin), 5 newly modernized bathrooms, all with showers (each guest is supplied with bathrobe, slippers and set of 3 towels). Modern fully fitted farmhouse kitchen with large range cooker, dishwasher and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Large dining room with patio doors leading to garden. Elegant drawing room with open fire. Games room complete with a pool table, plasma screen TV with freeview, DVD and CD player, wireless internet access and mini-bar.
