Overlooking a beautiful, remote West Coast Loch, this outstanding property is only accessible by private boat from the mainland.
With stunning views out over a remote Sea Loch, and wrapped by a majestic mountain range, this unique house sits amidst the most picture perfect West Coast scenery.
This unique property was built in 2010 by local tradesmen using local stone which makes it blend into the landscape. The interior is a delight, with a hand crafted staircase made from oak, a kitchen built around a tree and every window has its own unique view. It seems to have been transported from the film set of Lord of the Rings.
Sit on top of the turret, or in the hot tub, and survey the views – an amazing location to relax with your sun-downers! Watch otters frolic in the water, throw out some lobster pots for supper, climb the hills and feel on top of the world, and lose yourself in the serenity of the surrounding landscape.
The location of this amazing property is a closely guarded secret. To learn more speak to one of the team!
That said, you will find it exceptionally difficult to leave this secluded and tranquil setting.

From the moment we saw the house as the boat drew up, it was a little like a fairytale, really. The children bounded ashore very excited and were soon calling down from the roof terrace to us – to them the place was quite magical. The house has clearly been built with real care and love, as well as a real eye for detail. It struck a great balance between the wildness of the area, cosiness, and luxury.
The estate staff – especially Norman – were helpful, kind, and made us feel very well cared for. The children loved Norman, he took us out on the boat and helped them try fishing and checking the creels.
