Tor Hatch has five double bedrooms comprising:
Master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
Two further double bedrooms with superking size beds and both have hand basins. (Bedroom 3 can be converted to two singles).
Bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 have double beds.
Main bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.
Separate WC on the first floor.

Large newly refurbished kitchen with AGA and TV snug with wood burning stove. Apple TV/Sky and Sonos sound system. Lovely views over the private grounds and beyond.

Dining room seats up to 12 guests comfortably. Drawing room with open fire. Conservatory. Utility area. Cloakroom and further WC.

Activities

Tor Hatch benefits from a heated swimming pool, tennis court, lovely views and is five minutes from the local quaint village of Shere with two pubs, restaurant, supermarket and church.

The surrounding area offers lots to do and see including walking, cycling and exploring in the lovely Surrey Hills. Guildford, voted one of the UK’s best shopping cities, is 15 minutes drive. London Gatwick and Heathrow are just 40 minutes away and London less than an hour’s drive.

Shere is a beautiful, quintessential English village, nestled in the Tillingbourne valley, located between the towns of Guildford and Dorking. The village offers visitors charming buildings, including St James Church (12th century), a small museum, a tearoom, Kinghams restaurant, two pubs and a stream with ducks! The two pubs are The White Horse and The William Bray, which are all worth a visit.

The village of Shere is surrounded by lovely countryside and close to popular scenic sites, including Newlands Corner and the Silent Pool.
