Accommodation
The Lodge available on a self-catered basis has 3 ensuite double bedrooms, 5 ensuite twin bedrooms and a further 2 single bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with family bathroom.
There is also a cooks room with double bed, wc/sink and tv on the ground floor, opposite the kitchen.
Downstairs there is a large sitting room with log fire, dining room, kitchen and games room with snooker table. Inverbroom is a wonderful lodge in an ideal location for either a sporting or family holiday. All linens and towels are included.
Ground Floor
Entrance hall, lounge, dining room seating 18, games room with open fire billiard table, two wcs, laundry, modern dining kitchen with Aga, small double bedroom (wc and sink, ideal for cook/nanny) with TV, gun room, pantry, drying room.
First Floor
Eight ensuite bedrooms consisting of 3 double and 5 twin bedrooms.
Bedroom 1, double with ensuite shower over bath
Bedroom 2, double with ensuite separate bath & shower
Bedroom 3, twin with ensuite shower over bath
Bedroom 4, double with ensuite shower over bath
Bedroom 5, twin with ensuite shower over bath

Bedroom 7, twin with ensuite with step in shower only, no bath
Bedroom 8, twin with ensuite shower over bath
Second Floor
Two single bedrooms. These bedrooms share the bathroom on the landing between the ground floor and first floor, containing a bath with shower over. This bathroom needs to be shared with the ground floor Cooks Room.
Maximum occupancy: 18 people
Housekeeping: The Housekeeper will visit the house twice a week to set fires and hoover in public areas and clean bathrooms.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome with house rules.
There is a charge of £25 per dog per week, a maximum of 3 dogs in the house. Please advise how many dogs are in the party. The owner/agent reserves the right to charge the full reimbursement cost of additional cleaning if there are dogs present. Dogs are welcome but must be confined to the ground floor and are not allowed on the furniture under any circumstances. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and must be on a lead around the Estate.
