During August 2023, we have a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy a wonderful country house, sleeping up to 14 guests, on a 3,000 acre private estate overlooking its own loch. A one-off opportunity to enjoy rural Perthshire life staying in this much loved family home only occasionally available for lets.

A wonderfully comfortable Edwardian, Lutyens influenced house framed by the Bowl and the Loch in front.
Enjoy specially prepared lunches in the delightful Bothy on the hill or alfresco dining in the walled garden, specially prepared by the House Manager
Trout fishing on the estate loch, fantastic games room and tennis court.
Situated 20 minutes from Pitlochry.
