Ghillies Rest is one of the newly refurbished lodges on the Alladale Estate, providing luxury accommodation for couples and small groups in the heart of the wilderness reserve.

The wonderful dining area overlooks the river and mountains, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening meal after a day of outdoor activities on the 23,000 acre reserve.

The lodge has free WIFI.

A basic larder, firewood, bed linen and towels are also provided.

Ghillie’s Rest, the smaller of the two newly-built, stone lodges at Alladale, comprises two double/twin rooms. Set in Glen Alladale facing the Alladale River, the lodge is a beautiful building with incredible views.

Ghillie’s Rest has a superb living area which features high ceilings with a beautiful deer antler chandelier and wood-burning stove.

The accommodation is fitted with the latest Sonos technology, flat screen TV’s, free wi-fi and Skype. With a fully-equipped hand-made Scottish oak kitchen and Miele appliances, Ghillie’s Rest is finished to the highest standard.
