Wyvis Estate extends to 25,000 acres taking in the most beautiful countryside, including the Munro, Ben Wyvis.

Gardener’s Cottage has just been completely refurbished to a high standard and enjoys a wonderful south facing views to Loch Glass and is approximately 500 metres north of Wyvis Lodge. The property benefits from high quality fittings, designer lighting, hi-speed Wi-Fi and extensive building insulation to a standard beyond current planning requirements.

It holds a breath-taking position at the head the glen, accessed by private road.

Great walking on the estate. There is a beautiful waterfall two miles from the cottage which makes a lovely walk and picnic spot.

Wyvis Estate is under an hour’s drive from Inverness with easy access to the airport.

We say...

Gardeners Cottage on the Wyvis Estate is the ultimate remote and relaxing Highland retreat.

You say...

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage is just lovely, everything we had hoped for and more. Warm, cosy and very well equipped. We walked every day, even the rain didn’t stop us, the glen is so beautiful. The stags were in fine voice, and some came to visit most nights.  Colin was very helpful and a very nice man, as were all the staff and stalkers we met on our walks.

Testimonials

We had a fabulous stay, this place is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I ever visited (you were right). Thanks for helping us organise this great week and thanks to the Wyvis estate team who welcomed us extremely well.

It was superb, arrived with snow covered hills and fair to say we totally unwound in what is both a stunning location and a fantastic cottage, stayed in many over the years in the Highlands but Gardeners Cottage beats them all.
