Fenton Tower is a magnificent, fortified 16th Century tower located just 20 miles east of Edinburgh between Gullane and North Berwick, which has been meticulously restored to provide luxury accommodation for up to 16 people.
It is an exclusive residence that combines state-of-the-art facilities with the informality of a private home. It is let on a fully staffed and catered basis with its dedicated staff offering outstanding service and cuisine in a secluded and secure environment. They are there to ensure that you have a memorable and relaxing stay, and they encourage guests to treat the castle as their own.
Set amongst rolling countryside, the property is surrounded by many famous golf courses, including North Berwick and Muirfield, and is the perfect base for your Scottish golf trip.
Game shooting for partridge and pheasant can be arranged on the Fenton Brunt Estate.

All prices above are inclusive of full Scottish breakfast, daily maid service, morning papers, full wi-fi and access to Fenton in-house concierge service ahead-of and during your stay.
2-night minimum stay during April, May, June, July, August, September, October and December.
A 1-night stay is possible during January, February, March and November.
Dinner starts from £100.00 per person.
Fenton Tower operates a full cellar. House wines start from £18.00 per bottle and are supplied on a sale or return basis.
Guests are very welcome to provide their own wines but will be subject to a corkage fee of £15.00 per person per day.
Accommodation
The accommodation is spread across five elegant floors, and all floors of Fenton Tower are reached by two spiral staircases.
An impressive vaulted dining room with large walnut dining table which can accommodate up to 32 guests for candle lit dinners. This atmospheric room is perfect for celebrations, wedding parties or just an intimate dinner with friends.
However you choose to use it, each meal will be served on our hand-painted china for a truly exceptional experience. A hearty breakfast is served here each morning, including fresh pastries, fruits and cereals, as well as our renowned full Scottish cooked breakfast to set you up for your day ahead.
On the first floor, the Great Hall with its double height, beamed ceiling, is now a stylish living room with comfortable sofas, huge eight-foot wide open fireplace and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Next door, the Library, complete with its own self serve bar and open fireplace offers a quiet haven from everyone and everything.
The bedrooms are spread over the second, third and fourth floors.
The Tower can accommodate 13 guests plus 3 additional beds for children and 2 travel cots for babies.
The newly added Lodge is adjacent to the Tower and has a further two en suite bedrooms.
All contain unique pieces of furniture and enjoy spectacular views.

Activities
Golf
Fenton Tower is an ideal location for your Scottish golfing holiday, whether you are a player or a spectator. There are over 100 courses within 20-30 miles of Fenton Tower and 15 within 10 miles, including Gullane, North Berwick and Muirfield. St Andrews is only 22 miles away “as the crow flies” and Fenton Tower has its own helicopter landing pad enabling the keen golfer to travel in speed and comfort to play courses further afield.
Horse Riding
Horse riding can be arranged from nearby stables, and East Lothian offers some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland and rolling countryside to explore.
For those not wishing to ride the horse themselves however, Musselburgh racecourse is only around 15 minutes away with regular race meets throughout the year.

The city of Edinburgh, with its beautiful architecture and famous castle is only around half an hour away, and offers many tourist attractions including excellent shopping, art galleries, museums and theatres. In particular the castle and Holyrood Palace are well worth a visit. The city has a buzzing nightlife with many and varied bars and restaurants.
In addition to this, the city truly comes alive during August each year when performers and artists from all over the world descend on the city for the Edinburgh International Festival & Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
