Blair Castle is a stunning historic property which has been lovingly maintained and re-furbished to the highest standards. The Castle offers five elegant and flexible reception rooms and 17 suites and bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom facilities.
Blair has 36 acres of beautiful private gardens and within, a 12m Swimming Pool (heated) with Pool House.

The Castle is ideal for hosting corporate meetings, away days or incentive trips and provides a high level of privacy. All reception rooms work as flexible event spaces or break out rooms, all have natural daylight and boosted Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of tailored activities and experiences either in the Castle grounds or nearby.
The origins of Blair Castle date back to 1105 with the construction of a Norman Tower; the remains of which can still be seen in the Guard Room today. With a second tower added in 1203 and major additions in 1668 and in the 1800s, the Castle is reputed to be the oldest continually inhabited mansion house in Scotland.
Blair Estate continually review their sustainability practices to ensure they meet the challenges of the 21st century. The Hunter Foundation acquired Blair Castle and Estate in 2022 and any profits from Exclusive Use bookings go into The Hunter Foundation to support its charitable and philanthropic works.

Accommodation
Blair is available throughout the year on an Exclusive, fully staffed (including Butler) and fully catered basis, for up to 34 guests.
Blair Castle has been lovingly maintained and re-furbished to the highest standards. The Castle offers five elegant and flexible reception rooms and 17 suites and bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom facilities.
12 of the bedrooms can be doubles or twins. A couple of suites can be triple bedded if needed. Blair provides a fully accessible ensuite bedroom and stair climber.

Blair offers 36 acres of private gardens and within, a 12m Swimming Pool (heated) with Pool House.
Blair can dine between 20 – 40 guests in the Dining Room and for larger groups, up to 60 guests in the 1668 Drawing Room.
The Executive Chef will create menus tailored to your individual requirements and will cater for all special dietary requirements.
For Exclusive Use events Blair vary the dining experience each evening from an informal buffet to a barbeque in the Rose Garden, wild dining by the burn or a formal celebration dinner in the oak-panelled William Fordyce Blair Dining Room.
Blair invite you to supply your own wines and alcoholic beverages while their team will prepare and serve everything for you. Blair do not charge a corkage or service fee, and this works well across all the events hosted at the Castle.
Garden Cottage on the estate is available to hire for overflow accommodation or event staff.
