Ardoch is a very special exclusive use venue, with all profits going to CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland) who provide vital hospices and support across Scotland to babies, children, and young people with life-shortening conditions.
Sitting amidst the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Ardoch is set within a 133 private acre estate, with beautiful views out over Loch Lomond and mountains beyond.
Ardoch is perfect for corporate events and retreats, small weddings, and larger family celebrations. Ardoch provides formal meeting rooms, cosy, sociable corners, fireside sofas, spaces for large gatherings, and some quieter places such as the woodland gardens for a walking meeting. The expert team at Ardoch can assist with all aspects of your rental, including event and space planning, catering and activities.

Ardoch is just 27 miles from Glasgow, 27 miles from Stirling and 73 miles from Edinburgh; close to key rail and bus links, as well as two international airports.
Accommodation
Ardoch sits on the south-east side of Loch Lomond, just under 40 mins drive from Glasgow.
Ardoch has 18 beautiful ensuite bedrooms in three locations, all with lovely views looking over the loch or surrounding hills and mountains, and all with a warm and comfortable feel.
Ardoch can accommodate up to 33 guests overnight, 50 day guests and up to 100 evening guests.
Ardoch House is a charming farmhouse with cosy drawing room and wood burning stove, dining room and four big bedrooms. Bedrooms include 1 king-size and 3 super-king, all have an ensuite bath and/or shower.
The Barn provides a host of meeting rooms, breakout areas, snug corners and bedrooms. The Barn includes eight ensuite bedrooms, all can be formatted with twin or super king beds. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, with one fully equipped for those with accessible needs. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor, and have lovely views over Loch Lomond and far beyond.
The Farm Cottages provide bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs, running the entire length of the building, a large bright meeting room, kitchen and lounge area… The six ensuite bedrooms in Fern, Moss and Pine Cottages are located at the garden level.
Fern provides one double bedroom and one single bedroom, each room with its own ensuite bathroom with shower.
Moss has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, both with an ensuite shower (the double is also fully equipped for those with accessible need).
Pine Cottage offers one double bedroom and one single bedroom, both with an ensuite shower.
These three very different buildings seamlessly blend the old and new Ardoch, all bordering a central inner courtyard, with access to the gardens and outdoor spaces from all sides….

For up to 50 day guests, The Barn and adjoining areas are perfect, seating up to 50 for a wedding breakfast or celebratory meal.
For 51 – 74 day guests, The Barn combined with the in-house marquee, over the patio area, can sit up to 74 day guests. For the evening, Ardoch can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests on this basis.

24 miles long, with 23 islands and 27 islets, Loch Lomond is one of Scotland’s many gems. Set in the heart of The Trossachs National Park, it offers majestic views, adventure and some of the most picturesque places to dine.
On your doorstep there are superb water sports, challenging golf courses and hills to climb.

Below are just examples of the possibilities at Ardoch:
- Lovely walks around the surrounding farmland and woodlands.
- From Ardoch you can walk to the Loch Lomond RSPB where you can follow the woodland trail, looking for various wildlife, and access the loch.
- Energetic outdoor activities such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, giant inflatable games, Highland games and treasure hunts,
- Relaxed activities such as yoga, Pilates, art classes, and flower arranging, all can take place either on the lawn, or in one of the function rooms.
