Dell House is a very comfortable 18th century Georgian house, set amidst its own 7,000 acre estate on the south side of Loch Ness. Wonderful vistas of Loch Ness can be enjoyed through the silver birch trees on the north side of the estate. Dell offers some of the very best driven partridge shooting in the Highlands, as well as walked-up grouse, red, roe and sika stalking together with trout fishing on the estate lochs. Golden eagles, merlins, peregrines, divers, slavonian grebes and red squirrels are regularly seen on the estate.
Dell is ideal for a sporting or family holiday in the Highlands. There are beautiful birch woods which run down to Loch Ness providing woodland walks and lovely vistas of Loch Ness as mentioned. Grebe and divers can be spotted on the various hill lochs.
Fully catered sporting holidays & weekends can be arranged.
The log cabin on Loch Kemp is ideal as a fishing hut, a picnic spot (there is a stone BBQ) or an indoor lunch venue. The children can even sleep in the ‘penthouse!’
Dell House is secluded yet easily accessible, being less than an hour from Inverness airport and is in a sheltered position surrounded by trees and a walled garden.

We had a fabulous time at Dell house made extra special by the weather. The house suited us down to the ground lots of space and a real homely feel. The grounds were fantastic, I learnt to paddle a canoe on one of the lochs and at my age too, the dogs loved the walking and everyone we met was very friendly. It’s on the list for a return trip.
