Laudale House on the Laudale Estate offers luxury accommodation for up to 20 guests on an exclusive, fully catered basis. Laudale House is located on the southern shores of Loch Sunart and enjoys wonderful across the loch. The estate is situated on the beautiful and unspoiled Morvern Peninsula on the West Coast of Scotland. Laudale House was built by John Campbell of Ardslignish between 1755 and 1790 and has been recently refurbished to the very highest standards offering luxurious and welcoming accommodation.
Laudale House is the perfect venue for a large family gathering, special celebration, sporting week, or for a secluded, private corporate meeting. There are 10 luxurious en suite bedrooms offering great comfort for guests, together with spacious accommodation on the ground floor for entertaining, relaxing and unwinding.
Laudale’s position on the edge of Loch Sunart make it ideal for those wanting to explore the breathtaking scenery of the west coast of Scotland by sea. The Sound of Mull and the Western Isles offer fantastic sailing, stunning views and the chance to glimpse seals, otters, dolphins, basking sharks and Minke whales with the remote hills providing habitat for a wealth of birds including sea eagles and golden eagles.
Closer to home, the Loch and the rocky coast line lend themselves to exploring by kayak and canoe, with plenty of wildlife to spot as you paddle. Guided kayaking and canoeing tours, with all the equipment provided can be arranged to help you get the best from the area.
Mackerel fishing is available in Loch Sunart and an inland loch, adjacent to the House is available for trout fishing. Casting lessons are available to novices of all ages!
Laudale offers a stunning backdrop for clay pigeon shooting, together with instruction for novices through to experienced clay shooters. Demanding concentration, a good eye and swift reactions clay shooting is certainly a fun activity for all to enjoy. Instruction and advice, as well as guns and cartridges, are all provided by the estate. You can partake in Archery on the lawns overlooking the shoreline at Laudale, perfect for this noble sport.

Seaplane
The Laudale Estate has taken delivery of a brand new Cessna 208 Seaplane, the Spirit of Laudale. Operated by Loch Lomond Seaplanes Ltd, the aircraft is the only commercially available seaplane in the UK and one of a handful in Europe. Able to carry a maximum of 9 passengers (depending on the amount of luggage), plus pilot, the Spirit of Laudale is an unforgettable way to begin your rental at Laudale House. Laudale’s enviable position on the shores of Loch Sunart means that guests travelling to Laudale may arrange to fly in directly from Glasgow airport, with an approximate flight time of 35 minutes, or take a short 20 minute taxi journey to spectacular Loch Lomond and for the ultimate departure, experience the thrill of taking off from water, arriving at Laudale approximately 30 minutes later on Loch Sunart.
Laudale features a large kitchen/diner, formal dining room, wet bar, drawing room with open fire, television room, games room and drying room. The House also boasts a fully integrated, wireless sound system on the ground floor and an Xbox One with Kinect in the games room. High chairs, cots, playpen and other baby equipment are all available on request.
Their cook will create delicious meals using fresh, seasonal produce from the Estate and can recommend an online wine ordering service if required.
The Laudale Estate team are on hand to ensure you get the very best from your rental including fishing, stalking, clay shooting, archery, wildlife walks in this area of outstanding natural beauty. The Estate boat & Boatman can also be arranged for trips on the loch and further afield.
