Testimonials

I thought I should email you to let you know what a super time we had at Traigh last week. What a wonderfully mellow house and such a beautiful spot. We were blessed with fine weather despite a dreadful forecast and enjoyed every day on the beach. Everything was so straightforward and well organised in the house. Sharp knives in the kitchen, plenty of larder/fridge/freezer space for provisions, a super fire in the drawing room for cooler evenings and comfortable beds all contrived to give a most relaxing and enjoyable week. With many thanks Lorna

We had a wonderful time at Traigh House. We have stayed at numerous Scottish holiday houses over the past 60 years but this was our favourite so far – the house is very comfortable, very well equipped and in the most delightful of locations; we hope to return at the same time next year.

We had the most magical week up here at Traigh House. It is by a million miles more special than any other house we’ve stayed in in Scotland - and that is saying a lot given the wonderful places we have had the privilege to have holidays in.

I just wanted to email you to tell you what a wonderful week we had at Traigh house. What a location and what a house! The pictures don’t do it justice. We were very lucky with the weather which was amazing with the beach right there in front of the house. Every evening we sat out on the lawn in front of the house watching the incredible sunset going down over Rum and Eigg. We were lucky enough to watch a sea eagle on the first day just off the shore. The house is is brilliantly laid out with very comfortable beds, massive living room and plenty of fridge/freezer space. It is by far one of the best places we have stayed. We’ve made some brilliant memories including my son’s 1st birthday party. Thanks so much for organising our stay there.
