Nature surrounds the house throughout the year with an array of bird life as well as red squirrels, deer and the osprey can be spotted from the grounds of Milton Lodge.

Milton Lodge offers the ideal space for 12 guests in 7 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, but will sleep up to 14 guests. Or 12 guests plus your cook. Well appointed bedrooms enjoy views across the River Spey towards the glen.

Kitchen At the heart of the house is the modern and newly renovated kitchen with dining table for 12. This is an exceptionally large and bright space with French doors leading straight to the garden and views of the mountains. With masses of work space and equipped to a very high standard this is a country kitchen that makes cooking easy and fun. Appliances include an aga, electric oven and 6 ring gas burner, microwave, two fridges, a chest freezer and two dishwashers.
Conservatory, adjacent to the kitchen A wonderfully warm and sunny space with doors onto the garden in which you can truly relax and take in the birdsong and dramatic, spectacular Highland scenery.
Drawing room Double doors open into this elegant and light filled room with views out to the garden and mountains. With an open fire and plenty of sofas for all houseguests to relax with a drink before dinner or read the papers before lunch.
Sitting room A cosy space with open fire and television.
Games Room With television, Xbox, pool table and an assortment of games.

Housekeeping A mid-week clean is included as part of a 7 day rental. Additional housekeeping is available if required and charged at £15 per hour.

Shopping Newtonmore has a large well stocked Co-op. Kingussie has a smaller Co-op, butcher and cheese shop. Aviemore (15 miles) has Tesco, Aldi and a great fishmonger.
Tesco and Asda provide home delivery. Please ensure any deliveries arrive after arrival.
Salmon and trout fishing is included in the rental on 3 miles of the Upper River Spey, Association Water, which Ralia Estate own.
Additional sporting activities can be arranged nearby.
There is lots to do and see in the area. The Cairngorms is on the doorstep which offers a host of activities for everyone. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, and lots more.
