With just fifteen bedrooms guests can luxuriate in the generous proportions of Links House Hotel as if visiting their own country house. Each en-suite room is individually designed and finished to the highest standards, with bespoke fabrics echoing the colour palette of the Highlands, and every piece of furniture selected for its timeless beauty.

In the Drawing Room, antiques, art and deep sofas invite you to relax for afternoon tea or just gaze out across the legendary links. In the wood-panelled Library the smell of peat emanates from the fireplace while board games, an eclectic library and single malt collection invite you to linger.

Links House has a drying room for guests to use.  Sky TV is also available in every bedroom.

Sporting

Links House is located in the heart of the North Highlands and has excellent access to a wide range of exciting sporting activities.

Salmon Fishing – guided and directed salmon fishing on the River Oykel, Conon, Shin and other Highland rivers.

Brown Trout – guided and directed brown trout fishing on lochs and rivers in the North Highlands.

Fishing Tuition – Beginner Fishing courses for Salmon and Trout.

Deer Stalking – guided stalking for Red, Roe and Sika Deer.

Bird Shooting – pheasants, partridges, grouse, woodcock, duck and geese.

Clay Pigeon Shooting – challenging clays on the local estate.

Activities

Golf is the main activity at Links House, with Royal Dornoch just yards from the hotel and with Carnegie Links, Brora, Tain and Golspie all within 20 minutes. Links House also offer guided and directed Hiking and Biking in local areas and as far as the west coast of Scotland. Tours, including the North Coast 500, Spa treatments and Horse Riding are also popular.
