Kemback House is a unique and historic property dating back to the 15th Century. Blending contemporary amenities and style with a sensitive use of antique furnishings, it is one of the finest contemporary mansions in Scotland. It has been the home of the Thomson family for 100 years, and was restored in 2009 to the highest standard of modern comforts.
The estate includes an extensive woodland known for its waterfalls and rare native bluebells in spring.The grounds border the Eden River, ideal for fishing and the site of several famous fossil finds. The House itself sits at the centre of the 300 acres of parks, fields and woodlands. The parks are filled with specimen trees planted over the last 450 years.

Guest Lodge has 2 king size bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with 2 bathrooms for up to 5 guests. The Lodge is a traditional gatehouse located at the entrance of the estate, within each reach of the main house by foot or by golf cart. Sitting within the parks, it provides guests a little privacy and independence. It is decorated in the same elegant style as Kemback House, with velvet and Fortuny fabrics and antique Persian rugs.
